Gluten Free Mixture for Pizza Base, 350g
Ingredients: wholemeal rice flour*, cornflour*, rice flour*, baking powder (raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, acidifier: mono potassium tartrate, corn flour*), ground psyllium husks*, rice syrup powder*, quinoa sourdough powder* (quinoa flour*, rice flour*, starter cultures), sea salt.

May contain traces of soy, nuts and sesame.
Preparation: Pre-heat oven to 225°C top and bottom heat. Mix the contents of the bag with 250ml of lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of oil into a smooth dough. Dust dough with starch and roll out evenly for one baking tray on two springform pans. Coat according to taste and bake for approx. 15-20 minutes.
