Gluten Free Marble Cake Flour Mixture, 415g
Ingredients: corn starch*, beet sugar*, rice flour*, low-fat cocoa powder* 3,5%, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator: monopotassium tartrate, corn starch*), thickener: locust bean gum*, whole grain millet flour*, rock salt, vanilla powder*.

May contain traces of nuts, soy, sesame, mustard and lupine.
Preparation: preheat the oven to 180ºC (top and bottom heat), pour the contents of the larger package into a bowl, add 180g of room temperature butter, 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons of boiling water and mix. Add half of the dough to a greased mold (about 25cm). In a separate bowl, mix the contents of the smaller package (cocoa powder) with 3 tablespoons of hot water and add the rest to the dough mixture. Pour the batter onto the lighter batter in the mold. Then, use a fork to spirally pull the dough over the mold so that a marble pattern is created. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 55 minutes. Let the cake cool for about 15 minutes, then remove from the form. You can also use margarine instead of butter. In the vegan version, use 100g of soft margarine, 150g of soy yogurt, 4 tablespoons of cooking oil, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 6 tablespoons of boiling water for the cake, 3 tablespoons of boiling water for the cocoa.
Making the muffins: do the same as for the marble cake, with the difference that the dough goes into muffin tins and bakes in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
