Oat bread baking mix, gluten free, 500g
Whole grain baking mixture for oat bread with glutenfree wholemeal oat flakes. It is also suitable for a bread machine. Can be refined to taste with nuts, fruits or vegetables.
Ingredients: Whole grain oat flakes* 70%, rice wholemeal flour*, buckwheat sourdough powder* (buckwheat flour*, quinoa flour*, starter cultures), sea salt, thickener guar gum*
Nutritional values (100g): energy 1496kJ/356kcal, fat 5,9g (of which saturates 1,2g), carbohydrate59,5g (of which sugars 1,0g), fibre 8,5g, protein 11,7g, salt 1,9g.
Preparation: You only need to add water and yeast. Yields approximately 850 g bread.
How it works: Mix the package contents with 1 pack of dried yeast. Add 500 ml lukewarm water. Fresh yeast: Please dissolve 1/2 cubes first in the lukewarm water. Do not worry if the baking mix is very "oat-flaky" at first, by stirring it becomes a supple dough. Stir with an electric mixer with dough hook or the food processor with whisk for 5 minutes stir to form a dough. Pour the mixture into a greased 25 loaf pan, smooth the top with plenty of water, then brush with oil. Cover with foil and allow to rise for 20 minutes in a warm place. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C top and bottom heat for 60 minutes. Tage the bread from the loaf pan right after baking and allow to cool down well on a grating before slicing.
