Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose filler, vitamin C (36.3 %), hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose filler, Magnesium stearate.
Recommended dosage: Take one tablet daily in the morning before breakfast. The capsule should be taken with sufficient liquid. Thus 375 % of the daily requirement of vitamin C in adolescents and adults are met.
