Mina kasutan tervislikuks vahepalaks just neid toorkakao nibse

Lugesin toorkakao kasulikest omadustest ning otsustasin proovida. Kuu ajaga üritasin igale poole lisada kakaonibse( pudrule, smuutisse, koogi küpsetamisel , jogurtisse...kõik ei tulegi meelde) Kasulik mõju võin öelda, avaldus minu puhul selles,et magusaisu on vähenenud! ilmselt kakaonibside maitse muutis maitsemeelt, samuti on minu unekvaliteet paranenud! Supertoode, võiks olla igalühel koduses kapis tarbimiseks

Kui esimest korda neid ostsin oli see puhtast uudishimust. Nüüd on purgike alati kapis olemas, enamasti panen neid pudru peale koos chia seemnetega ja nii hea on. Sobivad ideaalselt ka näiteks brownide sisse.
