Ingredients: bulking agent: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silica, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids; maize starch, Icelandic lichen (Cetraria islandica (L.) How to use: Adults - 1 tablet a day (2000IU). Teenagers, pregnant and breastfeeding women - 1 tablet every 4 days (500IU per day). Children of age 3 to 10 - 1 tablet every 5 days (400IU per day).
