Usage: chew the tablet. Brush with a wet toothbrush for approx 2 minutes. Spit out the foam (for the maximum effect of the minerals, we recommend only spitting out the foam and not rinsing your mouth with water). It is recommended to clean the teeth with dental floss BEFORE brushing. For maximum freshness always store tabs in a sealed bag or pour into a container with a tight-fitting lid.
