Bauckhof Baking Mixture Quick Bread is a gluten-free organic bread that you bake yourself in no time. Without letting the dough rise you can conjure up a crunchy-fresh gluten-free bread in only about 60 minutes.
Ingredients: whole grain rice flour* 41%, corn starch*, seeds* 12% (sunflower seeds*, linseeds*, sesame seeds*), corn flour*, quinoa leaven* (quinoa flour*, rice flour*), thickener: guar gum*, rock salt, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidifier: monopotassium tartrate, corn starch*), ground psyllium husks*.

May contain traces of soy, nuts, peanuts, mustard and lupine.
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 225°C top and bottom heat.
- Stir briefly the Quick Bread Mix in 500ml of lukewarm water with a whisk or hand mixer.
- Do not allow the dough to rise before baking!
- Fill the dough in a greased baking dish (25x10cm).
- Spread it smooth from top with water and brush then with oil. Notch in the middle with a spatula dipped in oil or a knife.
- Bake the bread at 225°C for 50-60 minutes.
- Take out immediately from the baking dish. Let cool well on a grating before cutting.
