This iron supplement is made from iron diglycinate that is well-absorbing iron form and usually does not cause abdominal discomfort. Iron absorption is facilitated by natural vitamin C from Acerola cherries. The product does not contain magnesium stearate, artificial additives, preservatives, colorants and sweeteners.

Ingredients: Iron (iron diglycinate), Chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris) powder*, Acerola cherry (Malpighia emarginata) powder*, carnauba wax* (3%).

Usage: Take with liquid, preferably on an empty stomach, not to be taken with dairy products.
Daily amount: from the age of 12 - 1 tablet (contains 60mg* iron (iron diglycinate) and 25mg** natural vitamin C.
