1. Shopping Guide
Pricing of Goods
All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
On our website registered Clients get a 5% discount from all the goods. The discount is applied automatically when the Client signs in to her/his account. In addition to the regular -5% discount, every month there are different items on sale up to -50%. Info about the monthly sale offers can be found on our Facebook site and in our web store.
www.bio4you.eu follows the sale prices recommended by manufacturers. The Seller reserves the right to change the e-store prices without prior notification to Buyers.
Selection of Goods
Select your desired products and quantities, and click "Add to Cart"
When you have finished adding products, click "Check Out"
NOTE! When selecting goods, please pay attention to the volume of the cosmetics and creams! In the photos, goods may seem smaller or bigger than they actually are. Make sure that exactly that size of product will suit you!
If you have any questions or you would like additional information about a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond as soon as possible but not later than in two working days.
Creating an Account
Users of all ages are welcome to browse our website. However, you may only set up an account if you are 18 years of age or over.
When you have finished adding products to your shopping cart and click on "next", you will be asked to create your account or, for registered clients, to log in.
Enter your e-mail address and click on "Create Your Account". Then follow the instructions on the screen and fill in the obligatory boxes marked with red asterisks. Your data is completely confidential for us, and we use it only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. If you want to receive our newsletter (we will send it once a month), check the box to give your consent (unfortunately at the moment the newsletter is only in Estonian).
After registering and after every order, you will get a confirmation e-mail sent to your e-mail address. You can use the "My Account" page to view information about your order status, any discount coupons and orders you have paid for.
Delivery address and shipping options
As you continue with your purchase, you're asked to choose a suitable delivery address.
If you want to leave a special note or comment regarding your order or delivery, use the correspondence box at the bottom.
Next, you can choose an appropriate shipping method for delivery of goods.
1. If you are an Estonian resident, you can choose one of the following delivery methods:
- Collect your goods from our shop in Järve Center or Foorum Center in Tallinn (for free)
- Omniva self-service parcel terminal
- SmartPOST self-service parcel terminal
- SmartCourier (will deliver the package to your home at the next day)
- Standard parcel shipped by Omniva (the Estonian Postal Service)
There is a detailed description of each delivery method in chapter 9 of these buying instructions.
2. If you live in Europe but not in Estonia, we deliver with Omniva (Estonian National Postal Service provider). It takes about 7-14 working days for the goods to arrive. Your package will have a special number and you can track your delivery at www.omniva.ee.
After choosing the delivery address and shipping method, you will be redirected to the page of payment methods.
1. If you are an Estonian resident or choose an Estonian shipping address, you can pay via bank transfer or direct bank links of Swedbank, SEB Bank and LHV bank. You can also pay with credit card through PayPal.
Using a bank transfer, you can pay from any bank. Our bank details are in the order confirmation.
2. If you live in Europe or overseas, you can pay with a credit card through PayPal or via bank transfer.
2. How to Order Products from Europe and Overseas
We deliver in all European countries for fixed prices (see "shipping options"). If you wish to get some additional information, write us an e-mail email@example.com. Attach a list of products and quantities that interest you, and we will send you an invoice with estimated cost of shipping.
Please keep in mind that ordering goods to countries that are not a part of the European Union might have customs duty when the shipment´s value exceeds a certain limit. The information about the tax-free limits can be found out from your country´s Tax and Customs Board or other establishment that deals with taxes.

4. Special Orders
If you want to order a larger quantity of any article, please contact us. We will let you know if it is possible to fulfil the order and give you an estimated delivery time. For large quantities, we offer a more favourable price.
5. Privacy and Security
Shopping at our website is safe. We offer you an affordable and comfortable shopping environment, and we are reliable partners. We sell only high-quality eco-certified goods and we will ensure that goods are dispatched to you in perfect condition. Customer data privacy and security are important to us. You have the right to request deletion of your data from our eco-shop database at any time. Customer data will never be transmitted to third parties, except in cases required by law.
6. Return Policy
We accept returns that are made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please return the goods in the original package, after informing us in advance by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send us your order number, product name, price paid, and reason for the return. We will contact you immediately to arrange the details of the return.
A full refund will be issued once the item is received by us and deemed to be in perfect and unused condition. We will refund the price paid to the same account from which payment was made.
When shipping goods for return, you must obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. You must keep this receipt to prove you have posted it in the unlikely event that your parcel gets lost in the post.
7. Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
We abide by the consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations.
The Seller is not responsible for:
- Degradation of or damage to the product that is the customer’s fault.
- Deficiencies that have arisen from the misuse of the product.
- Normal wear and tear of the product during normal use.
If you discover that the product you received is defective, please send a statement about it to our e-mail address email@example.com. Please describe the damage or defect as accurately as possible and, if possible, attach photographs. Include your contact information in the statement.
After we receive the statement we will contact you within 7 days to agree about repairing or replacing the item.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Seller
www.bio4you.eu may change the content of the current shopping guide without any separate notice to the Purchasers, by changing the information on the website.
If, for any reason, the ordered product is out of stock or, for any reason the item has become unsellable, we offer the Client a similar product with an equal or higher value to replace the chosen goods. If the Client does not want to replace the selected goods, we instantly return the money paid.
www.bio4you.eu is not responsible for any technical problems like Internet connection interruptions, server failures or failure to use the e-shop.
Our terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. Any and all disagreements will be resolved through negotiations between the parties to find the best possible solution for the customer in compliance with Estonian laws.
9. Shipping options
9.1. Estonian Republic
A) Registered maxi letter or standard parcel shipped by Estonian Postal Service Eesti Post;
Registered maxi-letters are delivered to addressees at their residence or location and require a signature upon delivery. One delivery attempt will be made. If the package cannot be delivered, notification of the delivery attempt will be left in the addressee’s mailbox, and the addressee will have to present the notification slip at the post office to pick up the package.
Standard parcels are shipped to a post office near the recipient and are held there. The recipient receives a notice in their mailbox and can pick up the package at the post office by presenting the notice.
The average delivery time is 3 business days.*

B) Omniva (Eesti Post) self-service parcel terminal
Omniva parcel terminal is a "self-service post office". Parcel terminals are located at shopping centres that are easily accessible, have parking areas, and are open 24/7. If you choose Omniva delivery as a shipping option, a list of Omniva terminals will be displayed. You can choose to have your parcel sent to the Omniva terminal nearest you. As soon as the parcel has arrived at the destination terminal, a text message containing a door code will be sent to the parcel recipient's mobile phone. The parcel recipient can then go to the parcel terminal, enter the door code and receive the parcel.
Average delivery time: up to 2 business days.*
Price: €2.99 Price includes VAT.
C) Smart Post Self-service parcel terminal
SmartPOST parcel terminal is a “self-service post office”. Parcel terminals are located at shopping centres that are easily accessible, have parking areas, and are open until late in the evening. If you choose SmartPOST delivery as a shipping option, a list of SmartPOST terminals will be displayed. You can choose to have your parcel sent to the SmartPOST terminal nearest you. As soon as the parcel has arrived at the destination terminal, a text message containing a door code will be sent to the parcel recipient's mobile phone. The parcel recipient can then go to the parcel terminal, enter the door code and receive the parcel.
Average delivery time: up to 2 business days.*

D) DPD Self-service parcel terminal
DPD parcel terminal is a “self-service post office”. Parcel terminals are located at shopping centres that are easily accessible, have parking areas, and are open until late in the evening. If you choose DPD delivery as a shipping option, a list of DPD terminals will be displayed. You can choose to have your parcel sent to the DPD terminal nearest you. As soon as the parcel has arrived at the destination terminal, a text message containing a door code will be sent to the parcel recipient's mobile phone. The parcel recipient can then go to the parcel terminal, enter the door code and receive the parcel.
Average delivery time: up to 2 business days.*
Price: €2.69. Price includes VAT.
* All delivery times are indicative and may depend on circumstances that are not under the control of www.bio4you.eu. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by forces of nature.
9.2. Europe and other countries
A) If you live in Europe but not in Estonia, we deliver with Estonian Postal Service. It takes about 5-7 working days for the goods to arrive. Your package will have a special tracking number and you can follow your delivery on www.omniva.ee.
On the website you find fixed delivery prices but if you want to ask a personal offer for your country or if you have a very light package (just make-up or one item), please:
1) fill the shopping cart so we can see the weight of your possible order;
2) send an e-mail with your name to firstname.lastname@example.org;
3) we will check if we can offer a better price for your country.
