It's always close at hand, making it ideal for those times when you want to experience of essential oils here and now. The stick is made of aluminum and filled with Himalayan salt - drizzle the salt with essential oil of your choice.
How to use: unscrew the end of the stick, use 1-3 drops of essential oil for children or 3-8 drops for adults. Close the stick and shake well. When you want to replace the contents of the stick - just empty the contents and add fresh salt and essential oils.
