Gluten Free Oat Bread Baking Mix with Nuts, 600g
Gluten free bread baking mix with 33% whole grain oatmeal, 51% seeds and 11% nuts. Does not contain flour or yeast. Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients: gluten free oatmeal flakes*, pumpkin seeds*, sunflower seeds*, crushed flax seeds*, sesame seeds*, hazelnuts* 7%, flax seeds*, almonds* 4%, chia seeds* 2,5%, whole grain millet flakes*, ground psyllium husk*, sea salt.

Preparation
Classic preparation: pour the contents of the package into a bowl and add 500ml of cold water. Mix the dough thoroughly and let it rise in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. Place the dough in a well-greased baking tin, spread the dough with a damp hand and smooth. Bake in a oven (without preheating) at 200°C for about 80 minutes.
Preparation with fruits: proceed as for classic baking, but add 125g of chopped dried fruit (apricot, dates and figs) to the contents before adding water.
