Gluten Free Mix for Brownies, 400g
Ingredients: sugar*, corn flour*, chocolate leaves* 15% (raw cane sugar*, cacao mass*, cacao butter*, emulsifying agent: sunflower lecithin*), wholemeal rice flour*, fat-reduces cacao powder* 8%, thickener: guar gum*, milled psyllium husks, rock salt, vanilla powder*.

May contain traces of milk, soybeans, nuts, mustard, lupines and sesame seeds.
Preparation: Preheat oven to 175ºC. Blend packet contents with 200g softened butter, 2 eggs and 100ml milk to form a smooth mixture. Pour the mixture into a baking tin (approx. 20x20cm) and spread evenly. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 25 minutes. Vegan preparation with 150g soft margarine and 100ml plant drink (e.g. oat or soy-based drink). The vegan brownies will be even more juicy if you add 50g of corn starch to the mixture.
