Gluten Free Flour Mix for Cakes, 800g
This gluten free flour mix is perfect for cakes, pie crusts, biscuits, muffins and biscuits.
Ingredients: corn starch*, rice flour*, whole meal millet flour*, whole meal rice flour *, thickener: carob flour* and xanthan.

May contain traces of soy, nuts, sesame, mustard and lupine.
Basic biscuit dough recipe: 220g flour mix, 2tsp baking powder, 170g sugar, 180g soft butter or margarine, 4 eggs, 2tbsp hot water. Mix flour with baking powder mix, sugar, butter and eggs until it's smooth. Then stir 2 tablespoons of hot water into the dough. Spread the dough in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
