Fair trade is a trading method and international agreement that directly and effectively supports disadvantaged smallholder farmers and producers in developing countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. In the framework of fair trade, such products are traded that are produced in developing countries and for which international standards have been created for the production process, such as coffee, cocoa, tea, sugar, chocolate, tropical fruit, rice, quinoa, nuts, oil, gold, cotton, etc.
