1. Return Policy
We accept returns that are made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please return the goods in the original package, after informing us in advance by e-mail web@bio4you.eu. Please send us your order number, product name, price paid, and reason for the return. We will contact you immediately to arrange the details of the return.
A full refund will be issued once the item is received by us and deemed to be in perfect and unused condition. We will refund the price paid to the same account from which payment was made.
When shipping goods for return, you must obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. You must keep this receipt to prove you have posted it in the unlikely event that your parcel gets lost in the post.
2. Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
We abide by the consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations.
The Seller is not responsible for:
- Degradation of or damage to the product that is the customer’s fault.
- Deficiencies that have arisen from the misuse of the product.
- Normal wear and tear of the product during normal use.
If you discover that the product you received is defective, please send a statement about it to our e-mail address web@bio4you.eu. Please describe the damage or defect as accurately as possible and, if possible, attach photographs. Include your contact information in the statement.
After we receive the statement we will contact you within 7 days to agree about repairing or replacing the item.
