Ingredients: coconut palm sugar*, buckwheat flour*, gluten-free oat flour*, tapioca starch*, linseed flour*, Ceylon cinnamon powder*, baking powder* (corn starch*, acidifier: cream of tartar, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate), cocoa powder* 2%, ginger powder* 0,6%, salt , Bourbon vanilla powder*, cardamom powder*, clove powder*.

Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Prepare a medium-size (20x24cm, or max22x26cm) baking pan by lightly greasing.
- Place the oil (or melted butter), milk (or plant-based drink) and brownie mix in a medium bowl and stir until well blended. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake at 190-200°C for 5 minutes, then reduce to 160-170°C and bake 30-40 minutes until ready. Cool at least 15 minutes before cutting.
