Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 200°C. Prepare a medium-size (20x24cm, or max22x26cm) baking pan by lightly greasing. 
  • Place the oil (or melted butter), milk (or plant-based drink) and brownie mix in a medium bowl and stir until well blended. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Bake at 190-200°C for 5 minutes, then reduce to 160-170°C and bake 30-40 minutes until ready. Cool at least 15 minutes before cutting.
