Ingredients in this tea blend are known for their calming and relaxing properties. These plants help reduce stress and anxiety, promoting a peaceful sleep.

Ingredients: five-lobed motherwort* (Leonurus quinquelobatus), lemon balm* (Melissa officinalis), apple mint* (Mentha suaveolens Ehrh.), cowslip flowers* (Primulae flores), chamomile flowers* (Chamomillae flores), elk hemp herb* (Chamaenerium aguestium), ground rose hips * (Rosae fructus).

Preparation: before use, pour the plants out of the package and mix. Take 1 tablespoon of the tea mixture, add 1/4 liter of boiling water and let it stand in a closed container for 10-15 minutes, then strain.

Made in Estonia.
