Propolis protects the bee hive in a number of ways as a putty resin. Propolis was valued by people in ancient times, not least due to its pleasantly bitter taste. Vitamin C contributes towards a healthy, vital immune system. Vitamin C also plays a role in protecting cells against oxidative stress.

Each capsule contains 250 mg pure propolis extract and 80 mg vitamin C.
