Coconut cream is a fattier version of coconut milk and is made by pressing the flesh of coconuts and mixing it with water. Coconut cream can also be whipped. For example, add vanilla powder and whip for a while and you have the perfect topping for dessert or coffee. For best results, refrigerate the product overnight before whipping.

Recommended use: For fluffy whipped cream chill can overnight in the refrigerator. Scoop hardened coconut cream into a mixing bowl and leave any clear liquid behind (reserve it for smoothies or other use). Whip with a mixer until light peaks form. Optionally add vanilla, powdered sugar or stevia to taste (liquid sweeteners can weigh it down).
