


Contains 1000ml Mason glass jar, lid with strainer, foldable stand, blackout sleeve, drip dry.
How to use: rinse 2tsp of seeds and soak them in a covered Mason jar overnight. Drain and place the jar in a holder, rinsing multiple times daily. Uncover the jar 1-2 days once sprouted. Sprouts are ready in 3-7 days. Rinse, pat dry, and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Consume within a week.
