Ingredients: Iron (iron diglycinate), Chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris) powder, Acerola cherry (Malpighia emarginata) powder*, carnauba wax (3%).

Usage: Take with liquid, preferably on an empty stomach, not to be taken with dairy products.
Daily amount: from the age of 12 - 1 tablet (contains 60mg* iron (iron diglycinate) and 25mg** natural vitamin C.
