Usage: dissolve 3 measuring spoons (6g) in about 200ml of water and consume immediately or within a day. Not suitable for children and young people under 18 years of age. Consumption of other dietary supplements containing zinc or calcium should be avoided at the same time. Excessive consumption of magnesium can have a laxative effect.
