Usage: shake before use. To spray, remove the blue locking strip. Hold the bottle upright and spray on the nose or skin. Spray up to ten times a day. A daily dose of 1g of the product (ten sprays) contains propolis 30mg, calendula 1,8mg, sea buckthorn 3,6mg and thyme 1,2mg. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, do not use the product. Keep out of the reach of children.
