How to prepare: use one teaspoon of tea to prepare a medium-sized cup of tea. Alternatively, you can prepare it according to old traditions, preparing a strong shot of tea first and then pouring desired amount into a mug filled with hot water. Let it infuse for 10-15 minutes.
