Ingredients: dried apples*, rosehip berries* (Rosae fructus), cowslip flowers* (Primulae flores), blackcurrant leaves* (folium Fibers nigri), raspberry leaves* (rubi idaei folia), elk hemp herb* (Chamaenerium aguestium), apple mint* (Mentha suaveolens Ehrh.), cornflower* (Cantaurea cvanus L.).

Preparation: take 1 teaspoon of the tea mixture, add 1/4 liter of boiling water and let it stand in a closed container for 10 minutes, then strain.
