Pural - Il marchio Pur Aliment è stato creato nel 1907 dal fornaio parigino Arnold Roth e dalla sua visione di prodotti sani e vegetariani. Negli anni '80, il nome è stato abbreviato in Pural e la gamma di prodotti a base vegetale è stata ulteriormente ampliata. Nel 1992, il grossista tedesco Heinz Claus, specializzato in negozi di alimenti naturali, ha acquisito l'azienda per offrire i prodotti Pural sul mercato tedesco. Oggi, l'azienda a conduzione familiare è gestita dalla seconda generazione.
