Pural - The Pur Aliment brand was created in 1907 by Parisian baker Arnold Roth and his vision of healthy, vegetarian products. In the 1980s, the name was shortened to Pural, and the plant-based product range was further expanded. In 1992, the German wholesaler Heinz Claus, specializing in health food stores, acquired the company to offer Pural products on the German market. Today, the family business is run by the second generation.
