Ghee is clarified butter that’s been heated and then stripped of milk solids, making it stable for high heat cooking. Ghee is often tolerated by individuals who are sensitive to dairy. It makes a nice substitute for butter. Can be stored for several months without refrigeration after opening.
Ingredients: butterfat from organic farming.
May contain lactose and milk protein.
