Ingredients: magnesium citrate, bulking agent: cellulose; fructooligosaccharides 13,6%, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; magnesium pidolate, magnesium carbonate, marine magnesium (oxide, hydroxide, sulphate, carbonate and chloride), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silico dioxide; stabilizers: ethyl cellulose, sucrose esters of fatty acids; cholecalciferol.
How to use: 1-4 tablets per day with a little water between meals.

Väga rahul selle tootega. Võtan igapäevaselt 2 tabletti õhtuti ning magan nagu poleks homset. Nii sügav ja rahulik ööuni. Peale intensiivsemat trennipäeva olen võtnud 3 tk, taastab väga hästi lihased pingest. Soovitan, lisaks ka suur purk, jagub pikemaks ajaks.
