Recommended use: For fluffy whipped cream chill can overnight in the refrigerator. Scoop hardened coconut cream into a mixing bowl and leave any clear liquid behind (reserve it for smoothies or other use). Whip with a mixer until light peaks form. Optionally add vanilla, powdered sugar or stevia to taste (liquid sweeteners can weigh it down).
