It's the mix that counts! Fenugreek, lentils, and radishes are excellent for germinating together. Soak the seeds for 6-8 hours, then sprout in the sprouting jar for 5 to 6 days. Rinse well twice a day. After just a few days, you can harvest a delicious trio of sprouts!
