Preparation and cooking: rinse the contents of the package and leave it to soak for 10 hours. Bring about 2 liters of lightly salted water to the boil. Add the legumes with a few bay leaves and possibly chopped vegetables (onions, carrots, etc.) and mix. Leave to cook for about 90 minutes on low heat. Dress with extra virgin olive oil and, if desired, with soy sauce or pepper.
