Usage: The product is suitable for people of all ages. It is advisable to squeeze out the contents of the capsule (due to choking hazards) children under 3 years of age. Adults and children are advised to take 1-2 capsules a day, 40 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. After all, you should drink water.
