Gluten Free Cake Mix for Brownies, 400g
Ingredients: raw cane sugar*, maize starch*, dark chocolate chunks* 15% (raw cane sugar*, cacao mass*, cacao butter*, emulsifying agent: sunflower lecithin*), wholegrain rice flour*, cacao powder* 8%, thickener: carob seed flour*, sea salt, vanilla*.

Preparation: Preheat oven to 175ºC. Blend packet contents with 200g softened butter, 2 eggs and 100ml milk to form a smooth mixture. Pour the mixture into a baking tin (aprox. 20x20cm) and spread evenly. Bake for 25minutes. Vegan preparation with 150g soft margarine, 2 level teaspoons carob seed flour or soy flour, 100ml water or soy-based drink.
