Quinoa tastes good both hot and cold. It's perfect as a side dish with boiled rice, in salads and soups, or cooked into porridge. As a source of protein, quinoa is particularly valuable for vegetarians and vegans.

Preparation: wash the quinoa thoroughly on a fine sieve under running water. Then let it boil with twice the amount of lightly salted water. Simmer under the lid on low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
