Suitable for preparing all salty and sweet foods that require a gelling agent. 1 teaspoon (approx. 3.5g) corresponds to approximately 6 sheets of gelatin and gels 500ml of liquid. Gluten-free product.

How to use: preparation for hot mixtures - mix 3,5g of powder with 100ml of liquid to a uniform mass. Then add it to the remaining 400ml of liquid. Simmer on low heat for 2 minutes. Leave to harden in the fridge for 3 hours. Preparation for cold mixtures - mix 3,5g of powder with 100ml of liquid to a uniform mass. Simmer on low heat for 1 minute. Leave to cool slightly, then gradually mix it into the remaining 400ml of cold liquid. Leave to harden in the fridge for 3 hours. Tip: agar-agar solidifies when cooled below 35°C.
