Fireweed is a perennial herbaceous flowering plant in the willowherb family.
Ingredients: fireweed (Epilobium agnustifoilum).
Preparation: add 2 tablespoons of the chopped herb to 200 ml of boiling water, let it stand for one hour, and then strain. Drink throughout the day, preferably 20 minutes before meals.

Ingredients: cornflower (Cantauera cyanus L.).
Preparation: to make a glass of tea, put 1-2 tablespoon of the tea mixture in a cup, add hot water and let it stand for 15-20 minutes.
