How to sprout?
Gelatinous sprouting seeds, not to be used with sprouter bags, sprouter jars as well as automatic sprouters, need soaking only for 5-10 minutes. If using a sprouter with trays make sure to spread seeds together with the gelatin evenly on the trays. Water them once a day until they grow the first baby leaves, then increase up to 2-3 times a day. When ready sprouts can be kept refrigerated for few days when they will continue to grow. Before consumption please wash sprouts in the same way as washing a normal salad and with the same kind of products.
