Coconut pulp is dried and finely ground to produce coconut fiber flour, which can be used as an alternative to almond flour and, for example, as a partial replacement for wheat flour in baking (replace a maximum of 20% of the flour with coconut flour). It is also suitable for adding fiber to breakfast or smoothies.
