Organic psyllium husk. Psyllium is a soluble fiber derived from the seeds of Plantago ovata, an herb grown mainly in India. Psyllium can absorb water and become a thick, viscous compound that resists digestion in the small intestine. Its resistance to digestion allows it to help regulate high cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood sugar levels. It can also aid weight management and relieve mild diarrhea and constipation.
Ingredients: rasperry leaf (Rubus idaeus folium), catmint (Nepeta cataria), peppermint (Menthae longifolium), german camomile (Matricariae flos), pot marigold (Calendulae flos), mallow (Malvae sylvestris flos).

Kidney beans are very popular with their typically sweet, chestnut-like taste and their pleasantly soft, floury consistency. Like all legumes, kidney beans are also the perfect source of protein, especially for vegetarians and vegans. Red beans have a mild taste and can therefore be prepared in a variety of ways. Soaking time approx. 12 - 24 hours and cooking time approx. 60 minutes. Fair Trade.

Instructions for use - For food: one drop is sufficient to flavor 100g/100ml of food/drink. For cosmetics: 15-20 drops in 50ml of vegetable oil, cream, shampoo and neutral shower gel.
Warnings: Always use diluted. In case of inappropriate ingestion consult a doctor. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of the reach of children and heat sources. Keep the vial tightly closed, in a cool place away from light. After opening, it is recommended to consume within 12 months.
