Fleur de sel salt has not made contact with the clay soil and is therefore a lot whiter in color than the coarse Celtic sea salt. Fleur de sel, like coarse Celtic sea salt, is rich in minerals. In addition, it is slightly richer in sodium than coarse Celtic sea salt.
