Glutathione, also known as GSH, is a very strong antioxidant and detoxification agent. It is involved in many processes in the body, including tissue building and repair, making chemicals and proteins needed in the body, and for the immune system. 1 capsule contains 200mg of reduced L-glutathione (GSH).

Ingredients: reduced L-glutathione (GSH); bulking agents: arabic gum, microcrystalline cellulose; emulsifier: soy lecithin (GMO-free); zinc oxide. Capsule material: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).

Preparation: Scoop one tea spoon (2g) Matcha tea powder into a matcha bowl, add about 70ml of 70°-80°C warm water, use bamboo whisk and whisk in fast semi-circular motion until its frothy.
