Preparation: to prepare a single serving, you need 50g hummus mix (1 packet), 60-65ml water and 20-25ml olive oil (or to taste). Cornflower is an ancient plant which flowers make a good compress or tea. It can be mixed with other herbal teas, and cornflower is also ideal for decorating cakes.

Preparation: to make a glass of tea, put 1-2 tablespoon of the tea mixture in a cup, add hot water and let it stand for 15-20 minutes.
