This first-class coconut oil is made from the pulp of the ripe coconut from controlled organic cultivation and is mechanically pressed. It contains a high amount of lauric acid which makes this oil very precious. Black cumin oil is produced from the seed of Nigella sativa. By the gently cold-pressing and the filtration afterwards a clear, brownish oil with an aromatic smell and spicy taste is won. Black cumin oil contains a high proportion of biologically active, polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic acid which, with a daily intake of 10 g, contributes to a normal cholesterol level. This corresponds to 20 g Black Cumin Oil. Organic black cumin oil can be enjoyed on its own or it may used in salads and other cold appetizers. The oil not only has excellent properties, but also the delicate flavour. Black cumin oil is also suitable for external application, helps especially to treat impure skin.

Oil obtained through mechanical pressing features an intense yellow color, a distinctive clean aroma, and the authentic, slightly nutty taste of sunflower seeds. As an undeodorized oil, it has a lower smoke point and should not be used for deep-frying, as its structure begins to break down at temperatures above 180°C. It serves well as a substitute for butter in muffins and cakes, is suitable for stewing vegetables over low heat, and is ideal for marinating meat or fish before oven-roasting.
