Powder from extracts of four mushrooms - Reishi, Shiitake, Cordyceps and Lion´s Mane.
Directions for use: consume a portion of 1500mg (2 scoops) addition to coffee, tea, cocoa, and a plant-based drink. Use once daily, immediately after preparation, depending on individual needs. Please find the measuring (wooden spoon) inside the package.
