LOODU juniper syrup is suitable for use in sweet and non-sweet sauces, meat dishes, marinades, baked goods and fillings. Also for eating with pancakes, in salad dressing, vinaigrette, rice pudding, as a sauce in or on top of ice cream, to flavor yogurt and in non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails where you can replace gin as the non-alcoholic component, or in lemonades. Goes well with bacon, ham and tomato sauce, which makes it interesting to use in pasta sauce. Can be added to hot tea as a sweetener. The usage is similar to that of maple syrup. Shake before use.
