Ricin oil is an excellent restructuring and nourishing for hair, nails and eyelashes, as it easily binds to keratin, thanks to its particular structure. Recommended for dry, brittle, brittle hair, but also for normal hair, which are damaged or with split ends. Also great for greasy hair that have undergone aggressive treatments, also helps regulate the secretion of sebum.

How to use 

  • For the first applications it is advisable to mix it with other Oils of your choice, like that of Cotton or Coconut oil, in equal parts, inside a closed container, to leave to soak in hot water for 5 minutes, so as to mix oils and make them more easily spreadable. Starting from the moistened scalp, apply with your fingertips and massage for a few minutes with circular movements. Then apply on the lengths and ends of damp hair, spreading little oil on the hands or even using a comb to untangle it better. Cover the hair with a shower cap and with a warm towel, leave for at least 30 minutes. Wash with a mild shampoo, like our shampoo all'Elicriso Selvatico della Sardegna (Semplice Macchia Line)  and rinse thoroughly. It is recommended to use on brittle and brittle hair at least 3-4 times a month. On normal but damaged hair, at least 1-2 times a month.
  • Strengthens the eyelashes, makes them darker and thicker, to be applied pure with the help of a brush for mascara and leave for the whole night (secret of the Grandmothers!).
  • For flaked and brittle nails, to be applied pure or with a drop of Lemon Essential Oil, with an enamel brush and massage until absorbed.
