Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Bath Flakes are colorless and odorless and dissolve easily. It is one of the most easily absorbed forms of magnesium, being best absorbed through the skin (when taking a bath or foot bath).
Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate.
Usage: add 1-2 cups of magnesium to warm bath water and relax in the bath for about 20-30 minutes. After the bath, rinse yourself with clean water.
