

Tea made from calendula flowers with a good taste and aroma is beneficial for the liver, it calms the body and mind, and it is also used to rinse the mucous membranes of the oral cavity.
Ingredients: calendula (Calendulae flores) flowers.
Preparation: to prepare 1-2 glasses of tea, put 2 teaspoons of flowers in a cup, pour hot water over it and let it stand for up to 15 minutes. Then strain and drink half a glass three or four times a day a quarter of an hour before meals.
